America 433+
FWD:labs worked with Branch4 and a larger coalition to construct a story-forward way to experience America'a 433+ national parks — through the lens of the widespread effort nowadays to remove, censor, and weaken access to history, science, and Indigenous Knowledge. In addition to web strategy, design, and development, we also worked with illustrator Jason Goad on the brand identity.

Public School Strong
Already a nationwide platform for concerned parents and teachers advocating for public schools, FWD:labs worked with Race Forward Action to clarify what exactly people sign up for or join — and how to better visualize these groups and events. PSS also already had some branding work done, so we found a way to elevate their visuals with just the right details and subtle messages to proudly stand out plus look great in other mediums like posters or flyers. Like the HealToWin.org effort we did for them, this again utilized the ControlShift platform and their robust API to do some cool things locally on the site.
