How do I add a project?

1. Login
2. On your "Dashboard," you can choose one of three ways: click "My Work," "Edit" beside your dashboard portfolio, or "My Work"
3. On the "My Work" page, click "Add Project" at the top
4. Type the project name and select the project type (Film, Web, or Design)
5. Project is now added, but could be improved with value-added content:
   
   • Add a Summary.
   • Keep the Status up to date.
   • Toggle Visibility from Private to Public.
   • Include the numbers: length/page count and date.
   • Add a link, starting with "http://"
6. On the project edit page, click "Save" to confirm changes.
7. To return here, view "Your Best Work," find the project row, and click "Edit."

How do I make my project thumbnail?

1. Login
2. If you've added the project recently, click "Uploads" from the dashboard; if not, click "My Work;" add the project here if you haven't already
3. Select a JPG file and click "Upload"
4. On the right side of this screen, click "crop avatar" and then highlight the 16:9 crop of the image you just uploaded; click "Save Thumbnail"

How do I add video to my project?

1. Login
2. If you've added the project recently, click "Uploads" from the dashboard; if not, click "My Work;" click on the "Videos" link
3. On the right, select the Amazon S3 bucket/folder name you've created using Amazon S3 and an FTP program (like Transmit); also enter the filename, preferably an M4V file; or enter the YouTube or Vimeo location
4. Click "Add Video"

How do I change my password?

1. Login
2. Select "Account" from the top right menu
3. Select "Change Password"
4. Enter a new password twice. For your benefit, you'll be shown an indicator of how secure your password appears.
5. Click "Save"

What if someone has the same name as me?

With few exceptions, it's a first-come, first-served basis just like buying domain names.

I'm getting an error uploading my files.

We accept PDF and JPG uploads. Filenames must be alphanumeric, but underscores and dashes are cool.
