Just as how only one person can have TheirName.com, FWD:labs offers real-name friendly URLs (i.e. fwdlabs.com/artist/george-washington/) on a first-come, first-served basis. You can either use a different spelling or abbreviation of your name, fall back on the default username URL (i.e. fwdlabs.com/user/georgewashington/), or attach your account here to a domain name you own (i.e. georgewashington.com).
If the error is about the filename having "invalid characters," check and see if it's alphanumeric, void of extra spaces, and not including the ".jpg" or ".pdf" suffix. Aside from choosing a file to upload and pressing submit, the rest of the form is optional.
If the error is about your file, make sure it's a JPG or PDF file. Subscribers can also upload other media files like MOV.
