Synopsis

“This city doesn’t have your typical seasons. It’s not especially warm or cold. Even the trees aren’t too colorful; they would usually be the sign. But, this being my last year in high school, I can really feel the seasons change. In the autumn, some of the leaves fall early. They fall one at a time. In the winter, the majority of the leaves fall. They fall in large groups. By spring, there always seems to be one that holds on as long as it can, even though it could have fallen off a long time ago.”
